About Me
It all started when…
I was young, unaware of how the food I ate impacted my well-being. As the years passed, stress became another silent adversary. For 21 years, I dedicated myself to a non-profit, part of a dynamic executive team that propelled the organization from a $300K budget to $50M. Quite a feat, but it came at a tremendous cost to my health.
Now, you might picture a non-profit as laid-back and fulfilling, but the pressure to sustain the good work was intense.
My health was the casualty of this success story. The turnaround wasn't overnight, but it had to happen. This journey involved learning, awareness, and trial and error. Skepticism lingered initially. I believed change required Herculean willpower or some kind of magical strategy. It turned out, the solution was simpler than I thought. I found a sustainable path that brought a level of follow-through I'd never experienced.
At 68, I've reclaimed energy, productivity, and joy. I anticipate many more years of a full and active life. Now, I'm here to guide others like you on a similar journey.

I'm Debra Loader, a Christian Health and Life Coach and I’m Nationally Board Certified. I've walked the path of serving from an empty cup, and I can lead you to sanity and peace.
